Hi Girls! I'm going dress shopping for the first time. I will write a review of the thousand places I visit. I will be visiting bridal reflections in massepequa, Wedding Salon of Manhasset, Bridal Couture, Princess Bridals, Lillette's,Moonlight couture, and Bridal Garden. Wish me luck and I will post later in the week with my reviews. I can't wait to start.

Re: dress shopping for the next three days
Hi Girls well shopping was an amazing experience. Here are my quick reviews of all the dress stores. I really enjoyed shopping and am not done. I think I found the dress...but not entirely convinced(my mom has some doubts).
Bridal Reflections-B...They were very friendly and showed my very nice dresses. In fact they had some of the nicest dresses. The thing that bothered me was that I told the woman the top of my price range and that I want to stay under it. Most of the dresses she showed me we about $200 less than my top range....Also she showed me a dress(that I loved of course) about $500 above. I was also rushed slighty due to scheduleing issues.
Wedding Salon of Manhasset...B...very very nice there. But very expensive...the dresses mostly were in the 3's and up. I saw one dress very nice, under that but wasnt for me due to the top of the price range thing.
Bonaventure...A...very nice woman...had lots of well priced dresses and a good selection to try on. I would reccomend to visit.
Princess Bridal...They first had a B, but after visiting them a secodn time C...I had a lovely woman I met with and she was very knowledable. The thing I didn't like was they tried talking out of and into certain dresses. Also the second time I went back the saleswoman I had an appointment with never showed up. I was really dissiopointed with them.
I will post the rest later....I visited a lot of places.

Re: dress shopping for the next three days
Let's see...I also went to Bridal Garden...A...they had some nice dresses and good prices. If you are looking for a fancy store..pass it up...but it had some lovely dresses.
Lillette's...A+...they were fantastic...they had a ton of dresses and wonderful service. I was there forever trying on dress after dress and they were patient and never pushy. They have beautiful dresses and great prices...I would most highly reccommend them above all. (This is where I think I found the dress..and will probably buy) They even let me come back the next day to show my dad.
Moonlight Couture...C...was turned off by the sales people...not much selection. Nothing to rave about.
Carmela's Wedding Emporium (on Jericho and 110..across from the Karat Shoppe) This woman is amazing...a real motherly type...she is the owner and seamstress. She is so cute. The store had lots of dresses and good prices as well. I think she will be a good barginer. She knows her stuff.
To all those looking....keep and open mind and good luck.

Isn't it so much fun? I got my dress at BR in Carle Place and they have been great so far. I do NOT like Moonlight Couture- they are in my parent's town so I stop in there when I am looking for stuff and they have been nothing be unhelpful and RUDE!
