Hi Ladies, I've been shopping in NYC and Brooklyn and haven't found my dress yet. Any ideas for dress shopping in Nassau? I've heard excellent things about Lillette's on these, and that's not too far from brooklyn, so I probably am going to go there tomorrow. Anywhere else I should check out while on LI? TIA!

my friend got her dress at lillettes and loved it i got my dress at the wedding salon of manhassett, and they were great also

beautiful bride is definitely recommended. they were very nice compared with other bridal stores near them.
lillettes depending on who you had help you were very nice.

Yes they were very helpful and patient with me. Just didnt find the dress there.

I had a very good experience at Bridal Reflections in Carle Place. Her name is Nawal (pronounced Noelle) She was so nice.

I have to recommend Lillette's in baldwin. helpful and honest, never snotty...and the price range in there is so reasonable.

Bridal world in Baldwin Bridal Plaza in floral park Bridal Garden in Bethpage Bridal reflections in carle place estelles in farmingdale ( actually think this is suffolk but near the border)

I got my dress at Bridal Reflections in Massapequa. Loved them. They were extremely helpful. Ask for Leslie!!

Another vote for Lillette's. Other bridal shops lied to us about dresses, pressured us, etc. Lillete's had the cheapest prices of any non-internet store, let me come in multiple times to try on my dress before deciding, and they have been in business a long time. You're probably best to make an appointment there because they get busy. I'm working with Lydia and she's great. They also carry dresses like Paloma Blanca that some other places don't carry.
They give 10% off your BM dresses, MOB dress, GOB dress etc if you order there too.

I got my gown at Lillette's - when you do go ask for Gerri she's a doll.
I'm not too sure what else is around there though.

Thank you ladies! I tried lillette's today, and it is closed on Wednesday's! We then checked out beautiful bride. They were very nice but I didn't find anything. Thank you for all your suggestions. Will check out more of them. I've already been to Macy's and tried on a ton of Demetrios dresses. I loved them in magazines, but didn't find any in person that looked great on me. I tried on one maggie sottero dress I loved (jean) and would love to try on more, as well as other designers. Which of these places has the biggest selection? Thanks for your help!

I also had a great experience here. I ended up buying my dress from this place b/c they gave us the best price.
I also was very pleased with the service at the Manhasset bridal salon and had they have been the ones to beat the price, I would have gone with them as well.

Lillettes in Baldwin is where I got my gown and my bridesmaids gowns. So far I've had a terrific experience. Carol and Donna were very patient and helpful.
