Dress Shopping Suggestions

Okay so I''m finally going to start dress shopping. I live in Manorville but work out in the East Meadow/Uniondale area - so anywhere in between the two is up for grabs.

Where should I go???? No suggestions further west on the island though please!

Re: Dress Shopping Suggestions

I'm not to sure where to suggest, but i do have tips that i wish i would have known.. I went to macys, and i was happy with them. found the dress i loved no prob. I also found a veil. However i did not shop around. when i saw what i liked my mom bought them for me. once you find what you like SHOP AROUND FOR PRICE I paid $250 for a shoulder length veil, by Asonia? i heard thats a lot. when i tried to find a pic of it on the internet to print out, i found it for $107!!! the dress price wasn't to bad, but i could have done much better on veil. And that is something i would have def. ordered off internet! good luck with your search!!!

I only went to one and that was Macy's in Manhasset. If you want a Demetrios Dress, I highly recommend it there

Good luck

Re: Dress Shopping Suggestions

I'm going to lillettes in baldwin this weekend I'll let you know how it is. But just a tip, when you go dress shopping wear a white strapless bra so you don't have to worry about hiding the straps when trying on dresses. And don't wear a thong because these people have to come in the dressing room with you to put on your dress. hehe, I speak from experience
