I'm so excited!! Technically I went to a few places in Ecuador but it's not the same. Tomorrow I go with my mom, moh and one of my BMs!! (the other one can't make it b.c shes in scotland!! - i think it's a good excuse!!).
Since I'm such a short time frame we are going to be looking at both my dress and their dresses tomorrow. From what I saw online I am leaning towards demitrious dresses for me, although there is a mori lee and a mon cheri that I liked (i tried both of them on in ecuador!) For the girls it would most likely be from the dessy lines (alfred sung, after six, etc) b.c I was told they had prices around $150 or less for dresses that are made for all sizes. all of these are carried in Macys - Manhasset. We're also going to Davids Bridal b.c I heard they had a very good sale and figured it would be worth a shot!!
do you think that's enough places? I was thinking of having lilettes as a third option since i've heard good things. Any opinions?

Re: Dress shopping Tomorrow!!
Have fun!!! I only went to one store for dress shopping (David's), so I don't know if you should also look at Lillette's...but they do have a great reputation! I say go for it; you only shop for a wedding dress once in your life Which David's are you going to?

I'm not sure. My mom just said that she's taking me there. Is there one that you recommend?

I went to the one in Westbury and had a great experience with Donna when shopping for my gown and on another occasion when we went in for BM dresses. I also went to the one in the city on my own and had a great experience, but I don't remember the saleswoman's name. Oops! Enjoy!

Re: Dress shopping Tomorrow!!
For bridesmaid dresses, I popped into Macys b/c they had a 'trunk show' and their original prices were VERY inflated so that the trunk show price was still more than most bridal salons on LI. After you find the dress, you may want to call Lillette's, or Briday Suite Bayshore or Village Bridal to see what their prices are!
