my mom came into philly to go dress shopping with me. we have appointments tonight, tomorrow, and saturday here in philly. i'm looking forward to it!

OK, so the place we went tonight was nice, but they only let us take photos of the 'best' dress of the day and monitored my mother closely. so we got some photos (forgive how unphotogenic i am recently!!!) of one that i LOVE!!! it's a simone carvalli. no dress seems to be the one, though, because i'm having serious self image issues when it comes to my current weight, which has been fluctuating quite a bit recently. BTW, this dress was a size 14, so it was massively big, she clipped it wayyyy too tight on me so it might seem a little awkward.

aww thanks!! that was the ONLY thing my mom liked about it. she kept saying, 'you need more bling'. that was disturbing on so many levels.

you definitely should!!! my favorite store out this way so far has been in cherry hill, a store called Country Way Bridal. We're visiting them on Saturday and i think we're going to order the Alvina Valenta i tried on last time!!!
