Hey girls. Sorry it took me so long to post the results of my first dress shopping trip. This is the first opportunity I've had where I know my FH can't lurk! He's not near a computer! Lol.
So I went to David's Bridal and had a great time. The sales girl I had was awesome! She really understood what I was looking for and picked great options.
The manager tried to pressure me into buying something towards the end which I didn't like (and didn't do), but overal it was a good experience.
I tried on a bunch of dresses, but really liked two.
The first one my Mom lovvvvveeeessss and I like too. I thinks it is more flattering than the second.
I really like the style of the second dress better. I think it fits my personality better. I am really in love with the back (in the pick of me, the dress is too big and you can see the bra they gave me to wear underneath. That isn't part of the dress).
Thoughts?
I'm really hoping I find something with the style of the second one that fits better.

they both look really good on you. i love the keyhole back in dress #2 but i must say i ADORE dress #1 on youhink it is much more flattering. but if you like dress #2 better - go for it!
i bought my dress from davids bridal too. i think we might be the only two girls on LIW that did. LOL!

I think both look amazing on you. If you really feel #2 is more you then go for it! Pick a dress that makes you happy

I actually tried on dress #1 as well, and my mom also loved it, but I didn't LOVE it so I went with another that I liked. I really like the 2nd one on you, its very flattering and a little more exciting than the first!

Yeah, I just feel like #2 is more special. I tried on #1 first and my Mom cried, so I think there was no changing her mind after that.
I really LOVE the keyhole back on the second dress! My mom goes, 'what are you going to walk around all night backwards?!'
I said, 'for this dress, yes!'
I'm hoping that I can find a dress with a similar back, but that is more flattering from the front.
You can't beat this price tough, so we shall see!

I think #1 is more flattering on you..maybe it is because #2 is not in your size..I do really like the back of it though
