If you're unsure of your size (8 or a 10) which way do you go? I can't decide what size I should be bidding on....the one dress I won is a 10 and I found a couple more that I liked!!!

I think higher quality clothes generally tend to be made bigger...So since I think Ann Taylor is a good line I would probably go with the smaller number.

I have found personally with Ann Taylor that I wear teh larger size.
I am usually a 6 but I wear an 8 with them! I say you are better off with teh larger size and then you can always have it taken in by a local tailor!

I'm the opposite. When I buy shirts and sweaters there, I have to get them in a small instead of my usual medium (and I'm nowhere near small in the chest region).

i get a smaller size in ann taylor as well - although who knows anymore - i keep losing weight and then gaining it back...so i might not. i generally wear an 8 or a 10 but in AT clothes I wear an 8. That's what i'm trying to say. Which dress did you win?
