Dress still not in.......

My wedding is in 23 days and my dress is not in yet I think I may have to go to target and find a white suit just in case.....

OMG my worst nightmare....

You can also go to Davids and buy off the rack.and I believe RK has dresses you can get ASAP..

I ordered it in November the lady in the store keeps telling me it will be in soon. I looked at the count down today and realized the big day is 23 days away and I don't have a thing to wear. I have been very calm up until now.

Where did you order your dress from? Whats their response to you, other than it'll be in soon. Doesn't sound too professional to me. I'd want more of an answer than that.

OMG it's a Maggie dress..I hear alot of compliants of delays..(worries me sooo much) Maybe you can find their # and call yourself? Really isnt fair to keep you in suspense 23 days befor your big day.

Posting reminded me to call again. I had a short engagement and today i just finished up booking the coach buses then I was thinking this is great all is done then it hit me I DON'T HAVE WHAT I'M WEARING.......The bridal store said the dress was shipped and the lady is going to get a tracking number and call me back to let me know when it will be in. I'm more nervous now that everyone is worried for me.

never mind we posted at the same time. Since it is shipped and it is a maggie you should have it within the next 2 weeks.

Thank goodness it shipped. Make an appointment to have it fitted (or 2) now, so that everything is in place and you will be fine!!!! There is no need to have it 6 months in advance. Good Luck!

I agree.....make your appointments asap so you know you can get in there and get fitted!!! Don't worry....it will ALL work out~

Even if you do get it in 2 weeks, that gives them 9 days to fix what they have too Good luck. In my opinion, they didn't order it soon enough according to your wedding date. Someone here said you don't need your gown 6 months in advance....well I will have to disagree with her. I'd much rather have my dress far in advance, then be walking on eggshells and worrying about Target 23 days before my wedding day

I wasn't saying I'd prefer to have to worry about it 23 days before, but rather that it isn't necessary to have it so far in advance and can be done quickly.... I didn't see a need to alarm someone more when they were obviously already stressed out about it and it shipped, so it will get done. A decent seamstress can remake a dress in 2 days if they needed to.

mine is a Maggie too - it took 7 months to come in, and it was wrong! its going to take another 4 now, and that's RUSH!
