Dress Timing
How long was it from the time you tried on your dress and ordered to the time the salon called you to say it had come in?

I got mine at Bridal Reflections in Massapequa. I ordered it at the middle/end of may and it came in in the first 2 weeks of september, but it came in unusually quick, it wasn't supposed to come in until nov!

paradise orders them backwards. instead of by when you buy, they order by your wedding date-- so it comes in 2 mo prior.a lot of dresses end up coming in late because of this, so we lied about our date by a month. it worked out really well for me.

I ordered mine at the end of August, they said it will likely come in Jan/Feb (around 6 months). I think a lot of stores just give a longer order time just to be safe.
