Where did eveyone try on dresses? I'm one of those people who needs to shop around because I'm undecided and I want to make sure I try on a good variety before choosing?
Anyone else feel that way? I'm scared I'll find something I love the second I buy my dress.
Anyway, so far I have been to:
Kleinfeld David's Bridal Lillette's --> Absolutely loved them and want to buy my dress there if I can decide on one!! The Wedding Salon of Manhasset --> Also great service but their dresses where quite $$$ Macy's Bridal RK Bridal
Wow, I've been to more than I thought
I was thinking about making an appointment at Bridal Reflections (one of their locations)
Have I missed any other places that are must gos?
As usual, thanks for all your help!

All great experiences in each store. I bought my dress and BM dresses at Fantasia. They are wonderful there and the seamstress is excellent

Re: Dress - Where did you look/buy?
I only went to Macy's Manhasset. I had been looking at magazines at the different types of dresses, and I kept finding myself loving the Demetrios dresses. So I had checked out where they sold them, and it was Macy's (which I had planned to check out in the first place cause I went there for my sis-in-law's wedding and found them to be good). I looked at all their dresses on the website, wrote down a bunch I liked, tried them on, and of course went with the first dress I tried on!
If you find a place/dress you like, don't worry about going crazy shopping around!
I've heard a lot of good things about Lillette's, and I think they carry a lot of dresses, so if you liked it there, definitely go back and try on a bunch of different dresses til you find 'the one'!!!

Thanks Everyone! I actually did make a follow-up appointment at Lillette's so I'm excited about that. I appreciate all the other suggestions and will look into them.
Thanks again!

Re: Dress - Where did you look/buy?
I knew I wanted a Kenneth Pool so I went right to the source and bought the second dress I tried on at Kenneth Pool for Amsale boutique in NYC. It was a fabulous experience.

Re: Dress - Where did you look/buy?
I think you are a brooklyn girl -- try Lotus Bridal on Avenue U and East 18th Street. I loved that store, and ordered my dress there. I found my dress there, and shopped around some more. I saw my dress again at Lillette's and Bridal Reflections. At Lillette's, it was $25 less than Lotus, and at Bridal Reflections, it was $200 more. I ordered it from Lotus because it was more convenient for me, and they matched Lillette's price. Lotus is a small, family-owned boutique. My mom's friends recommended it, they all had good experiences there, so I think its a safe bet if you buy there.

I went to 3 stores ....
Bridal Reflections - Massapequa (sales girl had the personality of a wet sock, would only show me 4 dresses, said they had *nothing* else we didn't even mention price to them)
Beautiful Bride - very nice, just didn't find *the one* there
Lillette's - wonderful experience, bought my dress, bm's, fg & mog got her dress there too
