sooo i sort of feel like an idiot b/c i never asked the simple questions about alterations to my dress. I was so excited that i just ended up putting money down the first day i tried it on. I'm worried since it has such a detailed back and bottom (hard to see the lace in the picture) that it won't be able to be hemmed. the sales lady didnt take my length measurements so im assuming its ok. Ahh what do i do? here's the pic of the back in case anyone knows the answer to this its a Saison Blanche dress
Im sure they can hem it.. you have to remember these ppl do it for a living and have been faced with much harder situations than yourss like girls who gain or lose massivee weight after ordering a dress... there may be other options as well. They might be able to construct something underneath so you can tie it up after the ceremony and shorten it that way! dont stress its very pretty!! =)

Married lady crashing! Don't worry about it. These people practically take the dresses apart and put them back together again. Just think about the dresses with detailed bodices that need to be taken in. They need to rework the whole dress so the beading is still centered etc. It will be fine.
