I have a very traditional dress. Long sleeves, tulle bottom, long train. Is anyone doing a more modern look. What is the latest style? all the dresses started to look the same to me

I know that pick-up skirt style is very popular now. I'm looking at a maggie sottero like that.
I definitely know what you mean about a lot of dresses out there looking very similar... I tried on SO many dresses, and a lot of them felt like all the same thing. In the end, I went for something a bit different from most of what I tried on. The usual gowns these days just aren't me.
I liked this because the floorlength skirt (as opposed to a train) allowed me a lot of movement and let me dance and twirl and whatever, and with the pleating of the skirt and everything it feels very youthful and fun.
I also loved the kind of classic vintage-y feel of the all over lace, not to mention how light and comfortable it is to wear, as opposed to a heavy satin, which is beautiful but can often weight a ton.
All of these dresses are beautiful. Everyone is going to look great.

The more modern look is the pick up look. Maggie Sottero makes a bunch of them and they are all beautiful! I almost bought the Britanya, but I went with a more traditional gown, I fell in love with both, but the traditional a-line will never go out of style. This one is mine -
