Dresses with Tulle on the bottom

Anyone wearing one or wore one? I love them and feel the poofier the better, but am I going to be unhappy dancing in it and moving around?

My cousin had a dress that was form fitted and then had tulle going out from there. She had the HARDEST time dancing and her dress was so ripped at the end of the night because everyone stepped on it. It was pretty but it was difficult.
