Dried Flowers Anyone?

Anyone using dried flowers in their centerpieces instead of fresh flowers? I'm considering using them but never heard of anyone using them before? Any feedback? If you aren't or have not used them do you think this is a nice and different idea?

I can't say specifically about using dried flowers for a wedding. But to offer an opinion...this past weekend, my in-laws had a dried flower centerpiece on their Thanksgiving table and it was beautiful. I don't see why a dried flower wedding centerpiece would be any less beautiful (and unique, since it's not something that is seen often at weddings).
