I would say for various drinks:

cheeries
olives
oranges
limes
apples
lemon
pinapple (for those pina colada's - yummy)
coffee beans - for Romana Sambuca
chocolate shavings - for Baileys/Godiva, etc

I love maraschino cherries.... Never had an apple martini so I can't help you there.

I'm a big lime garnish fan...

but thats the type of drink I order...gin and tonic
