I am planning a holiday party, and we are calling it Dip and Sips, where there will be appetizers and drinks. We have the appitizers down, but I want to make 2 different types of drinks. Any one have any ideas for easy to make good drinks, nothing frozen or heavy.

What a great party theme!
Caramel Apple Martinis - put a swirl of caramel in a martini glass. 1 part butterscotch liquor, 1 part apple liquor, 4 parts vodka. (I have to double check that but I think it's right)

Chocolate martinis with mini candy canes. so easy.. Godiva, vodka, and a touch of Bailey's YUM
