Drop of to hall

So, I have to drop off everything to the Watermill on tuesday night. My cardbox needs some minor assembly. Should I write out directions or it that totally unnecessary?

Re: Drop of to hall

Hello-
My drop off is tomorrow & I wrote out detailed instructions for anything that needed assembly--my FH & I have a small philosopy--assume people are stupid and let them suprise you...it may sound mean but sometimes you just think people know & they have no clue. For some things I literally put them in bags & labeled them with table numbers so they didn't even have to count. Oh well--I just figure it will be less my mom has to go around checking or less I have to worry about.
Good luck

Re: Drop of to hall

DEFINATELY write things out... I explained everything in person to my BM and when I was walking down the aisle I noticed my unity candle was still wrapped in the tulle that DH used to keep it protected in the box!!!!!!!!!! My mouth dropped and I looked at him and said 'OMG what happened to my candle??' ... I wanted to take the tulle off soooo bad but I couldnt!! Needless to say, my photos of lighting the unity candle are now useless When I asked my BM about it she said 'Oh, I was wondering what you were thinking with that'.... I couldnt of sworn I explained it to her at our final drop off, but I guess it was overlooked. So I would definately write out everything for them. Better safe than sorry!
