Dropping like flies, anyone having this problem too?

We are under 3 months now. Two weeks ago our friend, that was going to play piano for the ceremony, said she can't make it. Yesterday one of my BM called and said she can't make it. Now today, one of the groomsmen emailed to say he couldn't make it. Are you kidding me?!?!?! How many more? Forget about the personalized gifts we have for them.

They've had 18 months to plan. We can't win. Anyone else having a problem?

How come people in the BP are dropping out? Dont they know they made a committment?

That's insane!! I hope you gave it to them if they didn't have a really good excuse!! They shouldn't do this, esp so close!!

We're having the opposite problem....so far everyone we've spoken to said they're coming!!! I purposely invited more people because we thought we would have a number of no's and everyone said our number was too low. Now we're going to have at least 10 - 15 more than what we wanted to have!!

However, I think it's wrong for the bridal party to be cutting out on both of you. That's not right.

I would be utterly pissed if my BP started dropping out now. I hope they had good excuses!
