Dropping stuff off at reception hall

Dropping stuff off at reception hall

There was a thread maybe several months ago about what to drop off at the reception hall before your wedding. I bookmarked it and since then my computer died. I tried a search but couldn't find it. Does anyone know what I'm talking about? If not, what do I need to pack for the reception hall? So far I have:

Ceremony:
unity candle and holder
tapers and holder
ketubah and pens
votive candle and holder
programs

Reception:
table cameras
guest plate and pens
place cards
memory candle and holder
bathroom basket

We're keeping the marriage license with us.

Am I forgetting anything?

bathroom baskets - if you are using them

Are you doing bubbles or anything of that nature?

We're not doing bubbles or anything like that.
We have 6 cases of wine as favors sitting in our dining room, so there is no way they can be forgotten!

We didn't buy cake serving set or toasting glasses. How necessary are they? We figured we would use the hall's stuff.

emergency kit if you are using one

Julybaby: We didn't bother with our own cake knife or toasting glasses and just used what the place provided. If you have special ones that you want to use definitely bring them but if not, it's not necessary to bring your own - just make sure hall knows so that they can provide for you.
