My FSIL is a doctor, who is married to a doctor who is also a Rev. How do I address their invitation?

What does he call himself? Most commonly? I think I would lean towards the professional titles of Dr. for both. But if he's known as say 'Reverend Bob' than that might be more appropriate.

To us (family) he is called by his first name. To his parishers he is called 'Rev. Dr last name'. However, when they got married she did not take his last name.

I think it should be: Rev. Dr. Last Name Dr. Sisters last name address
You would want to list both names since they have different ones.

Make sure to spell out the titles Reverand and Doctor, not Rev or Dr.
