FH and i went out for a little while, and on our way home on the northern state, we saw a limo that was totally out of control and swerving all over the place. there was traffic for a little while, b/c he was in two lanes.
we called 911 and gave the license plate and his location. the dispatcher told me that ours was not the first call they had on him.
the neon strobe lights were on in the back of the limo, which leads me to believe that there were people in the back.
it really upset me. what if he is driving around people after a wedding or something. he was obviously really drunk or high or something, and it was really scary. i'm so angry that someone carrying other people's lives in their hands would do something like that, endangering their lives and the lives of everyone else on the road.
we followed him for a little while, but i got too upset about it so we just went home. i hope the cops got him. i'm still pretty upset.

If the cops got multiple calls i am sure they eventually got to him, lets just pray it was on time...but you said everyone noticed that he was driving in two lanes and seems like most people were staying away so lets pray that nothing happened and the cops got to him soon after you got off

THat is really sad,
i have had to call 911 on many occiasions A few times on a drunk driver, he was soooo bad, i got up close enough to see him pretty much slumped over the wheel.
A bunch of times, driving on the southern state, there were kids in the middle of the divider, trying to cross, when there was heavy volume!!
I mean who crosses the southern state parkway and where are these parents??? Thankfully i was able to give the state troopers their exact location and i saw help on the way

Wow, that is awful! If yours wasnt the first call, the police should have already been on their way, hopefully!

thats crazy! i wish we could find out what the limo company was and NOT use them...thats nuts hopefully we all get sober drivers!!

really sad especially after what happened about 2 years back with the limo returning from a wedding that got hit head on, on Wantagh parkway - killing the limo driver and little flower girl ... those poor people will always remember their wedding day as they day that their neice was killed by a drunk driver ...

That's exactly what I was thinking. Why don't people learn? Don't they get it? I'm sure the cops got them before anyone got hurt. That's just scary though...

OMG thats horrible. How can a limo driver be drunk when they have a responsibilty of driving others, thats crazy. I hope the cops got him

WOW thats horrible!!! is there some way you can call the police & follow up with them about it?!? i would LOVE to spread the word to everyone and tell them NOT to use them!!
