Since they offer you so much for the moneys worth, we went with the $3800 package. Im doing my own parent albums.

yeah thats the package i want, but i dont want to have to pay extra for parent albums.

how can you make your own?

also are candid, photojournalistic, romantic, traditional shots included>?

i dont remember the package that i purchased, but i can tell u it was 5000 which included 2 photographers and 1 videographer. they gave us the upgraded album and parent albums as well in this price. if u want something tell them, they really work with you.

That's the package that caught my attention. are you getting an engagement shoot with that? did they seem flexible with the package (for example, i don't want the thank yous so i'm wondering if they're open to discussion about stuff like that)

I wanted parent albums so they quoted me around $4500.

The engagement shoot is not included but I am sure that if you dont want the Thank You cards they will be able to work that out with you. They are very sweet and flexible...Im teling you, for the kind of work that they do and the amount that you pay for it and the amount that you get for it, this is a great deal.

OMG!! you've made me so happy! that's $300 over our budget but seems so worthy it. and i've saved so much $$ elsewhere i'm sure i can convince FI that it's ok to 'splurge' on this.

Okay, so I just spent my weekend in NY (i live in baltimore) meeting with photographers. I liked everyones work who I picked out (thank g*d for websites) so it came down to price...So these so called PARENT ALBUMS were driving me nuts. My FI and I decided to get a package without parent albums to save a TON of money and I went onto ebay and there are a ton of nice leather albums you can buy for like, $65!! just put in a search for 'wedding photo album' and a lot will come up.

So Why NOT do your own parent albums?? You can get pics developed at CVS for super cheap and then just put them in these beautiful albums!! Great savings!!

Same here..Same package with some extras thrown in..Doing my own parent albums since there are so many.

I think our package was $3700 which includes parent albums....
I just think that the ones from the photog. are a little more 'professional' looking. Besides I am lazy and it would probably take years before I got them done.
We added on the e-pics for $200.

i didnt bargain too much, but we are paying 4700, which includes tax, 2 photographers, casual day shoot, i got the 2 parent albums, video (3 of themn), i got the raw footage on mini dvd, a sign on board from the casual photo shoot, all proofs and negativesa 16 x20 and thank youi cards

Just to let you ladies know, all the prices that you quote here are absolutely 100% accurate. It just makes me happy that they treat everyone good and make them feel like they're getting their moneys worth. I cant wait for my epics. We're taking them at the end of September! YAY Cant wait to do my Save the Date magnets with our photo on it!
