Does anyone know when Duet contacts you to come in for a meeting to go over the must take pics etc?
i don't know if they contact you or you contact them but you definately meet with them
I'll just contact them it's been a issue ever since i changed my date...tks though.
I filled out the form online for the must take pics and sent it to them. I never had a formal sit down with them.
They call you the week before (after you submit the forms online) You can type in specific pics you want. I'm sure they would meet with you if you wanted to.
I just used them for our wedding and they wait til pretty close to your wedding but are totally on top of it all so I wouldn't worry at all. They contacted me a few weeks before to ask me to fill out the forms on the website and any extra items. I didn't need to meet with them because I communicated it all to them via the forms and email. When Sam arrived the day of, he was totally prepared and confirmed some of the special items (e.g., DH hates having his pic taken) ha! I wouldn't worry at all. They really are so professional and have their act together.
