Duet and E-Pics . . .

Hello fellow Duet brides - Can someone tell me how far in advane you booked your epics? I think our contract says they should be booked 4 months in advance, but I distinctly recall being told we could just call with no mention of this timeline.

Also, has anyone been able to do them on a Monday? FH has a hard time getting off work, but could possibly swing a Monday.

I think you can book them at anytime as long as they are free.

They are very busy though so I don't know what they have available on short notice

i think my contract says just as long as its 6 weeks before the event...dont quote me though

I would imagine that photographers are very busy this time of year. I would just call and find out. Good luck!

I know its like prime wedding-season now! I was thinking more for the fall, but mostly concerned about a Monday. I think our contract says it must be a tues, weds, or thurs. Eek.

I understand why they wouldn't want to do them on a weekend, but why not Monday? Maybe they can do it. Fingers crossed. I'm scared to call. haha.

All of the photographers have off on Mondays. They typically do the epics Tuesday - Thursday. HOWEVER, if you have a certain photographer, you may be able to do it on a Monday. If you email Sue and ask her, she will get in touch with that photographer and see if they are willing to schedule a Monday session.
