Do we have to set up an final appointment with Eric? I know some girls make final arrangements, but what would that entail? I had planned on sending him the 'must have' list with the 2nd payment, but now Im not sure if Im supposed to set up an appointment.

Well the 2nd payment is 3 months before the wedding. Thats pretty close? Are you saying they go again in between that time?

thats a good question, I want to add some things to the contract like that we want the raw footage of the video, I was planning to just write a letter to them and send it with payment... but I also want to pick the photographers etc and it would probably be the best to meet with them for that... I dont know myself lol

Well I like to do things in person so I will probably not mail the payment, I will bring it there. And I will talk to them again about any new things I think of.

in some things I am a control freak so I am sure I will meet with them at least once before the wedding
