Duet Brides

Do we have to set up an final appointment with Eric? I know some girls make final arrangements, but what would that entail? I had planned on sending him the 'must have' list with the 2nd payment, but now Im not sure if Im supposed to set up an appointment.

i am not sure about this...i am also a duet bride and i thought you just have to send them the 'must take' list...

We didn't have a final appointment. We emailed them our photo request form and I also emailed them a time table for the day so they would know what was happening at all times.

Just make sure that your photographers have a copy of that photo request sheet and that they follow it (if it's important to you).
