Are we supposed to make an appointment to sit down with them right before the wedding to discuss the wedding day and/or type of album layout we want ?????? I cant remember what they said when we booked them! Help!

I believe they call you the month before to schedule something.

I dont think I met with them before my wedding. I faxed them the 'Must take photo' list and the day of itinerary.
You take care of all of the album stuff after you pick the proofs you want.

I didnt meet with them before the wedding either... I just faxed over a must take list and my wedding time sheet and thats it...
