duet brides....

I was looking over my contracts last night and it says that we owe a payment a three months.
I never got a bill or call.....did you make this payment and if so did you do it on your own or were you notified?!!?

Minei s tomorrowo but we are going to drop it off Saturday...I never eceived a bill and I am doing this on my own.....I don't reall get why they aren't sending some sort of reminder - makes me nervous because I keep having thses dreams where I forget to meet with the florist and photographer for the last meeting so they don't know what to do on the day off...yeah i'm nuts!

thats soo funny, last night fh and I were looking over all of our contracts and it said we owe a payment April 1, we had no idea and never received a phone call. We will have to call them I guess!!

that happened to me. I ramdomly emailed Sue asking when i had a payment due and she was like' you oew in 3 days' I was like 'WHAT???'

they never sent me any bill - i marked the dates i owed money and just sent a check.

though - one payment was not going to make it there by its due date - and they were like 'ok - no big deal' - so call them up and tell them you missed the date - i am sure they will understand.

Same here, I happened to look at my contract last month and realized that I had a $1600 payment due in January. I almost freaked out, but I called and it was no problem. I just went there and took care of it.

I'm surprised that they don't have some sort of system, that automatically contact their customers for payments. If I had a business, I would make sure of that, I want to get paid.

It's good to know that I have to be on top of this on my own. Do you girls know if they're take a credit card over the phone? I live in DC and I want to get the airline miles.

We didn't hear anything from them either, which surprised me. I called and they said I can send in the payment. I live close by so I just dropped it off.

i had to call them! i was worried about voiding my contract by non-payment. all of my other vendors have come looking for money, it's very wierd IMO.

They called me, but I was already almost a MONTH late!! I was so embarrassed. It prompted me to go over all my contracts to see if other payments were due!
