Can you please let me know who your photography and video team were. When we booked with them he said that we didn't have to decide yet but I wouldn't mind putting in the request now instead of later .

I would definitely put in a request.
I had Alberto. I thought he was great the day of my wedding (however, I didn't see the proofs yet) and for engagement pics. And Jay's team does an awesome job from seeing other brides pictures.
I know a friend of mine was not happy with Woo's team.

Me & FH also booked with Duet recently and are just as excited. We chose Alberto based on his albums. I was undecided b/w Jay and Alberto because I have heard wonderful things about both. Eric said that those two are his most popular photographers. Eric said that Jay is very energetic and lively which people like. Alberto takes more pictures than the other photographers because he likes to have many options. We decided on Alberto but Eric said that if we don't like Alberto after our e-shoot we can always change.
The only one I hear negative things about is Woo. However, some brides have had good reviews of him as well. I would go in and look at the albums w/o knowing who did which one and go based on whatever one you like best.

I am using Jay. I actually heard only good things about him but I went in and asked for the albums from the 4 teams and I blindly chose an album I liked and it was Jay's!

I'm not a Duet Bride but the work I've seen on here from Jay is fabulous! The brides love him. Check the reviews.

We had Woo's team so it was Woo and Romeo. I found that Romeo was a little more original with the pics, but we had fun with both and just picked up the proofs. They're amazing

I have Jay's team and had my e-pics with him yday in Central Park he is just amazing. He was climbing on poles and trying to stand on a fire hydrant just to get a shot at a certain angle. I was extremely impressed and can not wait to see what the pics looks like

I think I remember you saying that so voiced my concerns with Duet saying (not using any names b/c I don't know any names anyway) that I read bad reviews and I'm really concerned with Woo's reputation. I think they spoke with him about it b/c he really did a great job with the E-pics and the wedding day coming early and staying late. I actually thought his partner Romeo was terrific and had some great ideas too.
