Am I supposed to have a final meeting with them before the wedding?? I haven't met with them since I booked last summer (aside from the e-pics last fall)

You don't have to, just submit the online forms with your schedule and must take photos.

thats what i did. i just called them to confirm my final payment and that they got the forms.

I actually just called and made an appt. anyway b/c I am having trouble with my timeline and I need a Plan B for my photos b/c the beach we were going to take them at is all eroded
