When it was three months before the wedding, did they send you a bill or did you just have to go up there and make the 30% payment?
Also- when did you decide who you were using? And who are you using for both photo and or video....

They never sent me a bill. But I know other brides that they sent a bill. I think we paid the 30% when we met for our e-pics.
Alberto and Jay were our photographers and Eric was our videographer. I requested Eric and Alberto, but Jay they recommended to me.

I received a 'bill' via email. We're only using them for videography.

I still haven't given them the second payment. I'll call Nicole and ask the specifics next month.
As for when to pick your crew, I thought you needed to do that the day when you booked. We picked Scott's team (scott and charles). I have no idea who my videographer is.
If you haven't picked your photo/video people, I would suggest paying DUET a visit and go through their photo albums. Pick the people that shot the album that you most like. It doesn't make sense to look at multiple videos, since Eric (the owner) edits each of them personally.
