Past Duet Brides - I just went on their website and found their very basic forms to complete prior to the wedding.
Did anyone give Duet additional documents listing must take photos, etc?
If so, did you fax or mail this to them?

I was just looking at this myself. They have two forms on their website that you fill out prior to your wedding. One is the wedding timeline and the other is the must-take photo list. After you submit your forms they call you to setup an appointment to go over everything.

One of the forms is a must take form. You just add whatever you want to the bottom. Also, I thought of stuff as my wedding went on and Sam was fine with just me saying 'ooh i want a picture of this' and then he'd take it and i'd go back to dancing and then would be like 'ooh, can we get a picture of this', etc... very easy going...i got every picture i wanted and then some
