I noticed some brides have their proofs on Shutterfly. Is this something Duet offers that I don't know about? If so how do I go about getting them added to the Shutterfly website?
Also, how long did it take you to get your Thank You's back?

Ok I am not a Duet bride nor am I married yet but doesn't duet offer your pictures on a cd? if so you can download them onto your computer and post them on shutterfly. HTH

Duet gave me all my pics on CD - so I put them onto my computer and then onto Shutterfly so it was easier to send to people.

I placed my order for my thank you's on 12/28 and they are still not in. I called them yesterday because they said it should only take two weeks and they told me they didn't put the order in till 1/5 which really annoyed me. Hopefully next week I'll have them. I really wanted to have them out by this weekend.

That is what I thought...I haven't looked on my contract but I could have sworn it was on there and when I picked up my proofs they did not give me a CD they just gave me the actual pictures.
I called them yesterday but they told me someone will call me back so I'm waiting.

We made sure they put in the contract that we will receive our proofs on a CD. I didn't do this for our casual day pics and had to scan them in and then post them on shutterfly.

we just box a box with all our pictures in it...I actually wasn't expecting a CD.
I scanned some pictures in though and posted them to snapfish.

THey told us once we pick our pictures for our album we'll get all the negatives on a disk.

I dont have the CD with pictures yet, they told me that they will give us everything at the end of the job (which to me is when we pick up our albums)
