when we signed our contract, we were told to call whenever we wanted to take our epics...
so i'm wondering what other girls did... did you call and request a date or was it based on your photog's availability?
edited bc what i wrote before made no sense..duh

we called and suggested a date and then they let us know if our photog was available that day.

When we met w/ Eric he said we can do it whenever we want. I called them up and they asked when we wanted to do it and we booked based on our photog's availability. We were able to get an appt pretty quickly it just had to be Tues-Thurs

I called and asked if they had a date available..and they did! We picked the time too.

I emailed Sue and told her the day and time we wanted to take our e-pics and she checked if our Photographer Nick was available. Just call or email to check if that day is open.

same here... i emailed Peter and asked if date was available and set it up... we are scheduled for 10/20 with Alberto!!!!! can't wait

I called and asked to see if TJ was available for 10/20 -he is available in the morning so we will be meeting him at the entrance to Central Park.

We called and suggested a couple of dates and then the photog worked with us on dates he was available. We didn't use duet though.

I was told to call when we wanted them. I am booked with TJ and It was about a 5 week wait until he was free.
