Do you need to have a final meeting before the wedding? I'm trying to plan out my last visit to NY and I wasn't sure if this was necessary. Do they need any paperwork from us? Thanks! I'm just not sure what to expect.

I would email Sue or just call.
I believe Eric told us that we would be meeting with him a month or two before the wedding, but can't remember exactly.

Thanks. I wasn't sure if it was necessary to meet with them in person. I'm not sure when I'll be in NY again so I figured it would be easier to do over the phone.

I actually got to meet our photographer during our final meeting. We went over the form I had filled out, went over the schedule for the day of, and talked about any 'must take' pics.

theres 1 form you fill out that says what pics are MUST haves..I only went in person bc I also wanted to talk to them about my enlargement! You can go online and do it....

I didn't have a final meeting in person, just called and went over a few things on the phone and then filled out the forms on line. Everything worked out great. I dont think you have to meet in person, but if you wanted to you could.
