Did they email you stating that what times you wrote for them to start were no good? I really want them to be at both hotesl by 12:30 not 1:30 since the limo is coming for FH at 2:15? Am I being unreasonable? They said since our reception ends at 12:30 they must come at 1:30 but I know we only have them for 11 hours and in all honesty do you really need them around for after cake cutting? I know my DOC said they we dont need them around after the cake cutting.

if you have them for certain hours you should be able to dictate the hours you want them there. I have to ask them. ughh they can be soooo complicated.

I am not using Duet, but I ran into the same problem, so I ended up by booking the photog for one hour of over time (100 bucks)

thats what my DOC said and she said that this is the first she's heard this from them.
I wrote back to their email and stated my points because I dont want to rush at all to get ready. I clearly stated my points and pointed out that I know its only 11 hours we are contracted for but if they could really respect my request. We'll see what happens.

I'm using Duet. I sent them my timeline today so lets see if they give me a problem.
I have them for 9.5 hours.
Starting at the hotel at 3 limos pick us up at 4 bring us straight to the riviera and ALL formal photos are to be done B4 Cocktail hour
Doesn't give them much time, but that's what I want.
You are not being unreasonable.

They're leaving at 12am for me and my reception doesn't end until 1am.

I'm pretty sure you dictate your hours, you're paying them! Our ceremony starts at 3:30, They are arriving at 1PM and we have them til 12' the end of the wedding.
