Duet - Help!!! how many at wedding and is it obtrusive?

Hi - anyone that has used duet for their wedding do you know how many staff were there in the team? Were they obtrusive at all? I recently heard that it was like an entourage of staff and they all wore sneakers.
I need help!
Thank you!!!

I would think if you have 2 photogs it is just the 2 of them and if you have a videographer just the one

I have heard the same things said, but I still booked with them. I asked them what they would be wearing and they said a black suit with black shoes. Them wearing sneakers was a concern of mine, but I cleared it up with them. You should definitely confirm what they will be wearing when you book.
I also heard that they have a bunch of people there, but I think that is if you do video with them as well. If you do just photography maybe they will have 1-2 more people as assistants, but all photographers have that. With that being said, I have never heard of them getting in the way... most brides say that they didn't even notice them in the room at all.

My sister used Duet and I will also use them. They were not obtrusive at all. She had Jay (so will I) and he was so nice and not pushy. I can't remember if he wore sneakers but that really wouldnt bother me at all. I would want him to be able to run around and get all the good shots!

I just used them and they were invisible. I had 2 photogs and one video. I was told that TJ was wearing shell top adidas. But I never noticed and even if I did I would give him props for having good taste in sneaks.......

They did not bother a single guest.

I had 2 photographers..and they were not at all obtrusive..as a matter of fact I forgot they were even at the wedding at all. They took so many great shots and I hardly noticed them! So don't believe everything that you hear

I booked with 2 photos and 1 video so a total of three people on my weddin day. Danny & Brian were phenomenal and so was Hong for the video. These guys are just amazing! Not only were they not obtrusive but I hardly noticed them. They wore black shirts and black pants, not sure about the shoes. I honestly had no problem since the pictures and video was more important to me than their clothing attire. Of course, you will obviously hear and feel the cameras flashing but they will not be in your way at the wedding. It depends on which pkg you decide to book with Duet. If you only need photography, then it will be 2 photographers (depending on the number of hrs that you need). I'm sure they will be absolutely professional and courteous. If it's a big issue for them to be in sneakers, just let Eric (owner) know and they come dressed in black tux and shoes. Keep in mind though that they will be on their feet all day long. For a summer wedding, it's def not a good idea for them to be dressed in tuxes.

I really don't mind if they wear sneakers as long as they get me those amazing shots.

i am booked with them and i have honestly never heard not ONE bad negative thing about them. i have been to weddings who used them as well and i have heard nothing but GREAT things about them. how they take not only amazing shots and are always there to catch something, but that you NEVER see them around and they get everything on camera and they are at all not in your way thru out the whole wedding. they are so professional and take amazing pictures! and to be honest... about their attire, their shoes - im really not sure about the whole sneaker thing, but i dont care or mind about it either! if they wear sneakers its fine with me, as long as their there to take my amazing pictures who cares wether they are wearing shoes or sneakers? actually sneakers will keep them comfortable and able to run around and take those amazing pics, so its all fine with me and not a big deal for me, as long as their doing their job!

you can always talk to them and tell them you dont want them wearing sneakers if its an issue for you. and i am sure they will understand!
