Duet & Nicole? Duet brides Help!

We booked Duet but never asked who was taking the video. She mentioned that she may be back to work by our wedding...Does that mean she may be the one doing it? Is she doing anyone elses?

They can do 2 weddings on the same day but I was told that Eric is usually the one. I requested Eric just in case...

When we went to sign the contract Nicole said that by end of May she should be back to work... I dont know what she meant by that..
I have full faith in them either way....they are so pleasant (No not a plug for Duet) But seriously they make you feel like nothing can go wrong.

I am sure you could call and ask Who would be doing your video... We just booked tonight and didn't even ask! Guess I will call them tomorrow!

My cousin-in-law, 2003oct10, Lauren used them for her wedding. She said she thinks Nicole is just the co-ordinator, but she is not sure.

I have been going nuts looking for for a good reasonably priced photo/ video pckage and I spoke with Eric on Monday and am seriously considering Duet. Eric said he does the video and editing and Nicole is the receptionist. Eric is a little hard to understand does anyone know if the photographers are the same way?

Maybe she is going to accompany him, We bonded since i had my daughter with me at the time and she was preggo.

Eric is the first one to admit his english isn't as good as the others. You should have no problem communicating with the others, as they are either born or raised here in the US. If you have any questions or concerns you can either call them or fm anyone on here.

The funny thing is...Eric was fine giving the presentation.
I think as long as you dont rush the words and just be considerate....there would be minimal problems. All they want to do is please.

Please don't get me wrong he was able to explain everything and he is very proffesional. I could just see it being hard to organize a party of 20 with a very thick accent. He is very nice though if everyone there is as nice as him I'm sure the day must go smoothly. I have heard so many people say that their photographers had bad attitudes and it ruined their day

I'm almost positive Nicole only works the office. I didn't ask who was doing my video either.

Don't get me wrong Eric had no problems understanding us and communicating his thoughts with us. I was just addressing litlone555' s concern when she asked about understanding the others there.

Hello:

Just used Duet for my wedding three weeks ago...Nicole just had a baby girl last Friday which is why she's out of the office for a while.

Eric is the videographer. I had him and two other photographers--one of them (I think his name was Alfredo--?) spoke absolutely perfect English--anything I didn't understand he 'translated' for me, but it didn't happen very often. I have absolutely every confidence in them and I am waiting patiently for my proofs to come in!!!
