Duet photo and video?

Meeting with them next week (I know, a lot of questions today). They said over the phone photo and video is from 3200-5700, anyone know what all you get with them and how they are? I have heard a lot of good things about them, so hoping it goes well.

Our package was 5,000 and included:
1-10x10 album
2-Parent albums
1-traditional 1- photojournalism photographer
Minimum of 600 proofs in a box
We received 2,000 proofs altogether.
The majority of them were on CD>

Video:
Up to 10 hours of video
3dvds
Five chapters
Raw footage

80 thanks yous
1 16x20 and 2-8x10
We actually should have tried to get more thrown in like more 8x10s opr some 5x7s

They did a great job on our wedding day.
They didn't miss one shot. Jay's team is incredible.
Our proofs are beautiful. We're very pleased.
Our Video is absolutely perfect.

The only problem we have is the album layout.
Our first layout was laughable. We're on our 6th redo. It's not that we're picky it's just that the first one was so bad.. Out of 23 pages only 6 are the same from the original. We've basically designed our own album. We think it's an amateur designer.. We were surprised considering their albums in their store are gorgeous. I'll try to submit it. I've been unsuccessful in the past.

My good friend ...who is all over there walls in their office! ( they used her pics )!!Used them!!OMGGGG they came out amazing!!! She used Jays team...I will prob use them for future babys christenings...I love there work. So talented.

I paid 1300 bucks for Video and photo...Duet was NOT in our budget. But thankfully we love our photos and wouldnt change a thing!!! Otherwise I would of really regretted not going with duet.

In my album I posted my album layouts. I posted the first and the last so you can see them. I actually have one more redo coming.
Like I said that was the only area I've had a problem with.
Everything else has been incredible.

You can see in the first layout all the pictures are thrown all over the place on some pages.

We are using Duet for our Summer '09 wedding and are paying $5,900 for Alberto's Team, which was apparently 'the best package?' I didn't look into the other teams because our friends used Alberto, even though a lot of people have spoken here about Jay's team.

Anyway we loved our friends pictures, especially her engagement pictures so we are hoping ours come out just as nice!
