I emailed Nicole early Monday to schedule our casual shoot...she is usually so good about getting back to us (like within hours), so I am concerned I haven't heard back. Does anyone know if she is on vacation or changed her email? I have [email protected].

That's strange..... maybe it didnt go through. I know that's stupid, but I know a couple of instances where I've sent emails and they were never received. Have you tried calling?

I am pretty sure it went through since it is in my sent box and it didn't bounce back to me or anything. I will try calling a little later on...just wanted to see if my email address for her was not changed or anything.

The same thing happened to me last week, I emailed her sunday night, and she didn't get back to me until I think Wednesday. I was starting to get a little annoyed, but once she emailed me, I emailed her back, and she got back to me within minutes. I think the office is closed Monday, and maybe she's out on tuesdays, or maybe she's just busy catching up from Monday.

I normally have never had a problem with getting in touch with Nicole, but I have noticed that if you email over the weekend or even early on Monday, it'll usually take a little longer to get a reply (weekends are totally hectic from what she's told me, and Monday is usually 'catch up' time)
Turns out I had emailed her yesterday afternoon about my wedding proofs (I'm dying to get them, its 1 month today!! ) and she got back to me in @2 hours .. I know it can be worriesome when you don't hear back , esp when she is usually so good about getting back to you.
Worst comes to worse, give her a call. SOmetimes I rely on email too often, but she's such a sweetie she'll definitely be around to help

Thanks for letting me know this! I had no idea they were closed on Mondays. I just get crazy when I am used to good consistent servcice and then I see a change

Yeah, the door says closed on mondays, but sometimes people from here have appointments on Mondays. Maybe it's appointments only and only Eric goes in?
