DUET Question

Has anyone had a hard time getting in touch with them lately?? I left messages and I also emailed Nicole and still no response. I hope this is not a bad sign

there is sometimes a delay - i have never experienced more than 2 days though.

when did you call?

I get the impression lately that they are extremely busy and have experienced a HUGE business boom in the last year. Also, this is a tremendously busy week for all businesses...

I don't know if it is reason to be worried - their reviews are always shining.

I would keep trying...

I spoke to Nicole via email yesterday on three separate occasions during the day. She is checking email.

Thanks ladies!! I actually sent her an email on Saturday and tried calling yesterday and left a message.....I guess I'll wait until next week. I actually wanted to send them another deposit and had a few questions and concerns.
