they give you discs which include every single picture they took, so I'd say yes (mine included over 2,700 pics). They also give you a disc of all the pics they edited and printed for you which is so awesome!!!! this way it's cheaper for reprints for friends/family than if you order through them.

Re: DUET Question
I have not talked to duet so I am not sure.. but all you have to do is call and ask them if there are watermarks on the proofs or on the CD. If there are no watermarks (*which can be a blur, or their copyright name, etc.) on them then you are good to go! The only time you would need to get their permission to use them is if you are selling a photograph to lets say a paper or something, for profit.

Do they let you own the rights to the pictures?
Even if they give you a CD/DVD with all pics they took, this does not mean you have all rights to your pics. You would still need their permission if you were using the pic to advertise or something

well I don't know if the OP intends to advertise but if she's asking whether they imprint their name on the pics, then the answer is no they don't. You own your pictures, and you don't have to go to them every time you need a reprint or enlargement.

Re: DUET Question
They are yours....no rights managed or anything.
You can take the CDs to rite aid (or whereever) and you can print out the pictures. (i did) I got one CD with all my edited pictures and then TWO cds with every single picture....over like 3k & they are all yours
