Duet Tipping/Shoe Question?

I know, a weird subject....

I have 2 questions:

1) did you tip for your casual shoot? i have mine on Thursday

2) can you bring a bag to change your shoes? I know my shoes are not going to be comfortable and I don't feel like schlepping all over the city in the (we are taking the photos in Soho and the Seaport). can I bring a bag and change into shoes?

This is a good question! Do we tip for engagement shoots???

I think bringing a bag to change your shoes is a good idea, especially if your moving around. What gal want her e-pics in a pair of Naturalizers? Heck no, walk/travel in your comfy shoes and bring your nice ones to change into.

If there is somewhere for you to store your shoes, then yes bring them. We took the train into the city so there was no place for me to store an extra pair.
We did tip our photographer.

Due to 'special' circumstances I overtipped. But I would say between $50-$75 is ok depending on how long the shoot takes, and the location (LI vs. NYC)

We didn't tip for our casual shoot.

I came right from work so I had my bag with me, so did FH with his work stuff. We just set them down at different areas when we were taking pics. I think it would be fine to bring a bag with shoes to change into

We didn't tip but that was only because I had my bag in the car and nothing with me. It slipped my mind until after the fact. You can bring a change of shoes but it may be hard to carry them. You do alot of walking where they picture you from behind.
