DUET turnaround

I remember some posts about Duet's turnaround time pretty recently and them being backed up. Just wanted to let you ladies know, that we had our epics last Thursday (10/22) and I got the text that they were ready yesterday, 6 days! He told us 2-3 weeks, so I think they must be slowing down! And the pics are great, the 2 hours we spent at the beach were totally worth it!

We had Jay and he was great to work with!!! I had a few reserves with booking with such a large company and not meeting him before signing, but he was wonderful!! Hmm, so maybe the turnaround goes more by photog than I thought?

I want my epics too!! I took them 2 weeks ago with TJ.

I really think it depends on who your photographer is.

I think so too - I think TJ seemed overwhelmed when we did our epics on the 30th of Sept. He told us 6-8 weeks. . . its been 4.

Same for us. we took them on Oct 1, so 4 weeks today. i sent Sue an email yesterday, and she said 6 weeks, so another 2 more weeks for us!

Not fair! I took them four weeks ago, and I just called and it probaly is going to take another two weeks! I am sooooo anxious, I just want to see one or two of them!

Today is the 5 week mark for us from our E-pics with TJ. I keep stalking their website to see if they have teasers up for us lol. TJ told us 6 weeks when we took them, but I am anxious to see them!!

I would stalk their website cause they post teasers of epics.

their website says:

A quick note to our beloved clients: please note that this is still our high season so we are working as quickly as we can to get our proofs ready for you which is causing some back-up in getting out our teasers and past weekend newlywed pics. Thank you.

I just pulled this from their website, so it does seem that is it on a photographer basis. UGH! We took our on Oct 14th with Nick and he told us 8 weeks. This is torture.
