Hello...anyone use duet as a videographer? If so what did you think and do you have a clip ? My epics came out great but now I am second guessing the video...is it too late to change my package?

I used duet for both photography and video, and while I just love how my photos came out, I was disappointed with the video. The quality wasnt what I was expecting, and I wasn't aware that they did not shoot in HD like most videographers do now a days. My video has a dull 90s feel to it, and unfortunately there wasn't much they could do due to the fact they used an older camera.
Here's a clip of my highlight. It's the only part of the video I actually like.
i also second guessed video, but there wasn't really anyone available and i couldn't really afford any of the awesome videographers. If you can afford to, it's totally worth it I think because they come out awesome!! Im not totally dissappointed though. The point of the video was so that I could have a forever moving memory. Even if it's not the most creative, I know that 20 years from now, I'll be happy to have it.

I second guessed my Duet video also and I wound up emailing them and changing my contract to take Video off and I booked AJ Ingoglia. They didn't take much $$ off which I was disappointed with, but I knew I would regret not going with a better video person so I made the switch!

I have to admit, I had read about your disappointment in your video when you first posted about it and that is what gave me the push to look at other photog/videographers.... so while I am so sorry that you were not 100% happy with your video, I do appreciate you sharing that with us!

ITA this was my exact scenario. there was no extra money!!! some of these fancy videographers charge like $10K
