What flowers are expensive? Like I know orchids and lillies are a lot, but what about roses? Hydrangeas? I'm clueless!

Roses are generally one of the cheapest ones because they're so common. And carnations are very cheap.
Peonies are VERY expensive.

I've found that a lot of it depends upon the season that you need the flowers for. We went to the florists and said here's our budget, here's our ideas, what can you do? We have a lot of hydrangeas in our cps and bouquets but that's also because I like them

Very nice Barb. Is that from Gina? I'm going to see her tomorrow. I'm excited. She seemed really nice in emails. I like that she gives you samples. Burton's doesn't do that.

orchids aren't actually bad in price at all. Peonies most def. are...i got quoted $6 a flower, Stephonotis is (every place tries to push this flower to be in the bride's bo-k), and out of season flowers. there is one type of rose that is also, i think it's a Queen Anne and also tea roses were a little pricey.
hydrangea, regular roses, and daisies (gerbera), are cheap :)

yea i showed up at her house today with a surgical mask. lol i didnt wanna get her sick.
she is wonderful. and she emails you alll the time to make sure everything is going smoothly and sends u pics of flowers. she wont settle until you are happy. at least for me , that sthe service i got.

Very excited to meet her. SHe seems like a sweetheart and like she will work you and wants to make you happy. Will she have a sample the first time meeting? I sent her pictures of things I liked. Or did you just talk about what you wanted the first meeting?

when i first contacted her it was for my bridal shower.
i contacted her at 10 am
by 10:45 i was at her house and she had a sample waiting for me... it was what i wanted... but i wanted double the size..
so i went back like a week later with my mom and we saw another sample and booked her.
i went to book her for my wedding. ive probably been to her place about a dozen times. lol
she might have a sample for you... not sure. most likely she will(ask her) and form there u can tweak it. add some things, take some things away..
be more organized than i am!!!!!!! have a list of exactly how many ppl needs corsagesand boutonierres.. etc etc. lol
