do any of you ladies know if you have to apply for your marriage license within the 'town' you live? The one by me is of course only open reg business hours so I wanted to go to the one by my job figuring we can run there on our lunch? TIA!

I don't think it has to be the town but just the state you are getting married in.

you just have to go to one in your state. it's a state license.
