Dumb Question about Monograms

Say you order a monogram graphic from say creative montage. How do you change the size to accomodate different items such as favor tags, menus, OOT bag labels etc??? sorry for my ignorance I am not computer efficient!

we hired an artist to do an original monogram and to draw our names for us to use on menus, favors, aisle runners, etc

It was sent to us in a Gif file. For the aisle runners, I emailed the file to the girl to do them.
We will make our own programs so we will use the file from our computer

Does this help at all?

When you make your program with it, don't you have to shrink it to size? Or do you just insert it as if were a picture? I am so confused.

I made my own....not on this computer to show you but since its on a program, (Word), I am able to size it. As a jpeg it can be inserted anywhere and you can also rezise a jpeg..like you would do with a picture.

So if I have it designed for me it can be inserted anywhere and just resize it like a picture? Sorry for the many questions!

yes!!

except dont resize it too much bigger than the original image because it may get pixelated...
