Dumb question about registering.

Dumb question about registering.

When you first sign up to register, does it matter if you do so at the store or online?
Its probably best to start out at the store, right? Because they give you a list of things you will need and I don't have a printer.
I know I still have plenty of time but I was just wondering.

It does not matter where you start. The store gives you many more options as opposed to online.

I started mine on-line... it made it a lot easier for me. I just put all my information in and chose a few items and then went into the store and did the rest...

But I don't htink it really matters...

It really doesn't matter. You will have to go to the store eventually.

I did all of my research online and then went to BRU and registered but there were things that I could only register for online and I made changes online often.

I don't think it matters in terms of starting a registry. You can do alot of research on BRU on line - actually you will learn quite a bit more than you would in the store because of the customer reviews. On their website they give you a list of recommended items as well. If you do start it on line, I'd confirm in person that the item is what you expected it to be. That happened to me with the bouncy seat. The hanging toys were really shoddy looking in person so I switched it.

The only negative I can think of with adding on line items is if a particular store doesnt carry something they sell on line and it's on your registry. Though I truly doubt that would be the case with the main baby paraphrenalia.
