I never noticed before, but for shower invites where we are only inviting women and daughters, how do you word the envelope.

it cant be the so and so family bc its not for the whole family.

Say the last name is Bannon and they have two teen daughters how do you address the invite??

for everyone else i know you just put the womans name...or do you?? ahh need help

Mrs. Jane Doe
Ms. Sara Doe
Ms. Lara Doe

you could do Mrs. Jane Doe & Daughters

I would do this, unless you wanted to do seperate invites..

why couldn't you do 'Jane, Sara & Lara Doe'? doesn't have to be so formal for a shower invite.
